1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 2cuci website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by 2cuci ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 2cuci Platform, you ("the Player", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 2cuci Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Access to the 2cuci Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering, you declare and warrant that you are 21 or older. The Company reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the 2cuci Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Company makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. By registering, you warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
2.3 Registration Requirements
To create a 2cuci account, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age;
- Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration;
- Not already hold an active account on the 2cuci Platform (one account per person);
- Not be a person who has previously been self-excluded from the Platform or any other gaming service operated by the Company;
- Not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
2.4 KYC Verification
2cuci is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") on all accounts prior to authorising withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., MyKad or passport), proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification to the Company's satisfaction may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending review.
3. Account Management
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 2cuci Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any other account access details with any third party. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify 2cuci customer support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
3.3 Accurate Information
All information provided to 2cuci must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly if they change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the 2cuci Platform at the time of transaction, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and RHB Bank, subject to change. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Company does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is authorised. The Company will not unreasonably delay withdrawal processing, subject to security review requirements and the terms of any active promotional offer. Processing times are indicative only and subject to third-party payment provider timelines.
4.3 Currency
All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the 2cuci Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Company accepts no liability for any exchange rate losses incurred if a Player's payment instrument operates in a different base currency.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, promotions, free credits, and special offers offered by 2cuci are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the scope of that promotion.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated in the offer terms. The Company reserves the right to withhold bonus-related winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through fraudulent means, or in breach of the applicable bonus terms.
6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on the 2cuci Platform are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game round, the Company's system logs shall be the authoritative record for determining the outcome of that round. The Company will not be liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
The use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting activity is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated through prohibited means will be voided and forfeited, and the account will be subject to permanent closure.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 2cuci Platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or assisting others to circumvent the single-account policy;
- Using fraudulent payment methods, chargebacks, or disputed transactions as a mechanism to extract funds;
- Colluding with other players in any game or betting market;
- Exploiting software errors, platform bugs, or game vulnerabilities for financial gain;
- Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform;
- Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic or regulatory controls.
Breach of any prohibition in this section will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all account balances where legally permissible. The Company reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
8. Responsible Gaming
2cuci is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time controls, reality checks, and self-exclusion options to support players in managing their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from within your 2cuci account settings.
Self-exclusion, once activated, is subject to a mandatory minimum cooling-off period during which it cannot be reversed. 9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 2cuci Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual material — is the intellectual property of 2cuci or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 2cuci Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. The Company's total cumulative liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Suspension & Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity is occurring, or continued operation of the account presents a regulatory or legal risk to the Company. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, the remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the 2cuci Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and licensed. The Company's international gaming licence provides a regulatory complaints escalation process that is available to Players as an alternative to legal proceedings for unresolved disputes. 13. Amendments
2cuci reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to registered account holders. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
